Premdham Ashram

Premdham Ashram, a centre for all kinds of abandoned people, was established in 2009 by three priests of Bijnor Diocese and was officially approved by the civil authorities in 2011. It looks after boys and men that suffer from any sort of mental or physical deformities and offers services to the individuals with multiple incapabilities, the terminally ill, and people with special needs. All residents of Premdham are orphans and abandoned; most of the time, the local police bring them from railway/bus stations, streets, roadside etc. to the Centre for shelter. Currently, there are over 200 residents at Premdham. Ever since its inception, the Centre has been able to rehabilitate and empower more than 300 people.
